As a design student, I always kick off my projects with a piping hot cup of tea. Then, I unleash my inner detective and scour the internet for user feedback, competitor analysis, and anything else that can help me get to know my target audience. Throughout the process, I keep my values and motivations in mind, making sure they guide me in the right direction.

During my secondary research about the topic, I consider the direction my project theme is leading me and what I can achieve from it. I avoid sticking to conventional solutions such as apps or websites, and instead focus on areas I am passionate about working on.

At this stage, with the area of the problem in mind, setting clear objectives is key. Objectives help to focus on the most important points that need to be fulfilled. Constantly questioning, critiquing, analyzing, and iterating helps to narrow down the evaluation points.

Moving from insights to concepts means paying attention to details and fleshing out the ideas. This also means critiquing and understanding whether this adds value or not.

I believe the design process can never be linear, and there is no end to it. Throughout the process, I like to experimental and learn new things as they come my way. My process is adaptive, depending on the context. Here is the broader structure of how I go through it :)
